Jason Eaddy is a Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company and leads its Intellectual Property practice. Jason has nearly two decades of experience advising clients on issues intersecting technology and the law. His work has included database and software analysis, digital forensics, assessment of potentially forged evidence, and electronic discovery consulting. Jason has testified as an expert witness in federal court, in state court, and at arbitrations on a variety of subject matters. He has submitted expert reports on behalf of the Department of Justice, Kenexa Brassring, the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, Archer Well Company, and various other clients.
Jason was an early employee of Elysium Digital, an IP boutique eventually acquired by Stroz Friedberg. Before this, Jason worked at Trilogy Software in Austin, Texas as an Integration Consultant, and at Raymond James Financial as an Information Systems Engineer.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princeton University, cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, magna cum laude, and he is a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner.
