Christine Casey is a Senior Consultant in Stroz Friedberg’s Boston office where she is responsible for conducting digital forensic preservations and examinations of desktop computers, laptops, servers, removable media, mobile devices, email systems, cloud storage applications, websites and social media in support of civil litigations and criminal matters.
Ms. Casey has consulted on digital forensic investigations both domestically and internationally. Significantly, she has performed preservations and analysis on numerous call recording systems and databases in place at large financial institutions and insurance companies. Ms. Casey has also performed quality assurance analysis on email archiving systems for one of the world’s largest financial advisory firms.
Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Ms. Casey was a Digital Forensic Research Assistant at the Senator Patrick Leahy Center for Digital Investigation in Burlington, Vermont. There, she was responsible for testing and evaluating digital forensic tools and processes used for case work, and also conducting research on current topics in the digital forensics and incident response community.
Ms. Casey holds several professional certifications, including GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) and AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE). She has completed professional courses instructed by SANS such as Computer Forensic Investigations: Windows In-Depth, and Advanced Computer Forensic Analysis and Incident Response.
