John Reed Stark, Managing Director in charge of Stroz Friedberg's Washington, DC, office, participated in a unique high-profile panel of current and former SEC leaders on April 19 at the historic National Press Club in Washington, DC.

Other panelists were The Honorable Stanley Sporkin, former judge, US District Court for the District of Columbia and former Director, SEC Enforcement Division; Thomas Sporkin, Chief, SEC Office of Market Intelligence (and Judge Sporkin's son); and George Curtis, former Regional and Deputy Director, SEC Enforcement Division.

The influential group of SEC experts spoke largely about the Goldman Sachs case that the SEC had just filed and what the future holds for public companies and SEC regulated entities under a newly reorganized and revitalized SEC landscape.
