Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Lectures

Many of Stroz Friedberg’s executives are accomplished former litigators, technology lawyers, and prosecutors. Not only does this uniquely position Stroz Friedberg to understand its clients’ needs in the firm’s engagements, but it enables us to offer substantive Continuing Legal Education ("CLE") lectures in the areas of digital forensics, electronic discovery, cybercrime response, and private investigations. In our lectures, which are certified in over a dozen states, we cover the legal, technological, and strategic considerations in conducting forensics, cybercrime, electronic discovery, and investigative matters. We also present entertaining and cutting-edge case studies, based on real cases that we have handled. We have given our CLE lectures to litigation lunches at scores of national law firms, bar committees, and in-house counsel departments.
