Stroz Friedberg's Erin Nealy Cox Will Serve as Neutral Arbiter for Electronic Evidence Issues in Groundbreaking Case
DALLAS/NEW YORK – A Texas trial court has appointed
Erin Nealy Cox, Managing Director of the Dallas office of international digital forensics firm Stroz Friedberg LLC, as Special Master to review issues relating to electronic evidence in HFG Enclave Land Interests v. Enclave at Forney Branch LTD – the same case that prompted the Texas Supreme Court's recent and significant eDiscovery opinion in In Re: Weekley Homes, L.P., now on remand in Dallas County District Court.
In his
order appointing Ms. Nealy Cox as Special Master, 134th State District Court Judge James Stanton noted that Ms. Nealy Cox will serve as a neutral arbiter over electronic discovery matters and will issue findings and recommendations for the trial court.
