Stroz Friedberg Named Special Master for eDiscovery in Ground-Breaking Case

A Texas trial court has appointed Erin Nealy Cox, Managing Director of Stroz Friedberg's Dallas office, as Special Master to review issues relating to electronic evidence in HFG Enclave Land Interests v. Enclave at Forney Branch LTD – the same case that prompted the Texas Supreme Court's recent and significant eDiscovery opinion in In Re: Weekley Homes, L.P., now on remand in Dallas County District Court.
